Hidden gem in Addison,. Check in was really easy, the young lady behind the desk was very, very helpful and smiled a lot.She was very kind. The hotel does seem to be undergoing construction but it wasn't much of an issue that impacted my stay. The actual rooms themselves are quite spacious.There is a separate living room and bedroon. And the beds are huge and so comfy!! The room I got had a fireplace in it. Which would have been really lovely in the winter. I was quite happy with my stay. It was for a short time, but I was extremely happy with the staff being so friendly and the hotel being really clean, I have stayed at other hotels in this area.And unfortunately cleanliness is not one of the biggest concerns.
I have stayed at over 8 different hotels in Addison. I stumbled upon this gem of a hotel and I am so excited that I did. This place feels like home, not a hotel. The Manager and his team go above and beyond to guarantee their Guest's satisfaction. If you have been here over 2 months ago, things have changed and they are doing a complete make over in this property. New Management, and he is as professional and pleasant as you can get. The location is in the heart of Addison, close to all the restaurants and bars. Then you come home, jump in the pool, or work out in their very clean gym. This is by far THE BEST HOTEL in ADDISON without breaking the bank. Prices are a little higher, but this is definitely worth the few extra dollars. I highly recommend. Tell 'em PAM SENT YOU.
